If someone tells you to go suck on a duck gizzard, now you can.Chinese company Nantong Yutu Group Co., Ltd. sells these bags of "Bitter Duck Gizzards". Each gizzard is individually wrapped in a laminate packet. They're flavored in salt, sugar, and distilled spirits.
You probably suck on 'em like those saladitos (salted plums).
And my wife thinks that beef jerky makes my breath smell!

Duck gizzard is a great source of protein. It is not junk food. If you don't like it, just don't try it again.
