Coney Combos is among the latest offerings from Brooklyn, NY-based Frankly Foods, Inc. Sold under the "SteepleChase" brand, it's billed as the best thing that ever happened to a hot dog".
It's an all beef, kosher weenie, embedded into a pillow of potato knish, and then wrapped in a wheat-based crust. The chorizo variety is a beef sausage (unlike traditional pork-based chorizo). Other varieties include "Original" and "Hot n' Spicy".
