Mangoes conjure up images of the tropics and sweet drinks, while Habanero Peppers conjure up images of the Southwest and Tex-Mex food. Combine the two together and you've got the Ponch and Jon of salsas.
I bring this up because this sounded like a great replacement for my Ro*Tel bean dip. I take a can of Ro*Tel (drained), a can of refried beans, and some shredded cheddar. You mix the whole thing together and nuke it for a few minutes. Then eat with chips, or eat it by itself.
Now, imagine replacing the Ro*Tel with this new salsa!
