New from Italian-based Sagit S.p.A., comes "Fagottini di Pollo".Though despite the notoriously remarkable name, this is not the typical pasta-based fagottini.
Rather, according to product literature, these are chicken-strips filled with cheese, and mixed together with peas and ham. The concept of cheese-filled chicken strips took my interest. I think the US market is way overdue for these babies.
Though the name will have to go!
