Novato, CA-based Torn Ranch recently began offering "Vintage Reserve Wine Truffles".They're made with a wine reduction that is incorporated into the ganache center. The varieties are, "Chardonnay", "Cabernet", "Champagne", "Port", and "Sake".
Each variety is sold in a box containing four 2 oz. chocolate truffles. A Vintage Reserve Wine Truffles Gift Box is also available in an 8-count package containing four varieties excluding the Sake.
