A new spreadable cheese is available to consumers in Sweden under the Kavli brand name. It's a refrigerated soft cheese spread made with deer meat, along with horseradish and juniper berry flavorings. It contains 16 percent fat (per serving).
I suppose if you have a hankering for venison on cracker, no need to shoot a buck. Just squeeze some of this stuff (less messy).

Gross. I would think the only thing worse than venison is squeezable venison. Yuck.
