At first the idea of Kim Chi Soup made my face flinch, but the more I think about it, the more it sounds good.Being that my mother is Japanese, I've eaten a lot of kim chi in my life. Kim Chi is actually a korean creation, but the Japanese love it.
I remember my mom mixing together kim chi and "ika" (raw squid). That's where kim chi crossed the line with me.
