This is a new product called, "Marillenknoedel", made by Austrian-based Frisch & Frost Nahrungsmittel-Ges.m.b.H. under their Toni Kaiser brand. They're effectively apricot dumplings. I don't have much information on these, but looking at the product photos, they appear to be encased in a doughnut-like breading and covered with sugar and cinnamon.
These are kept frozen, and then microwaved to serve.
Sounds pretty good.
