Albertson's Grocery Stores extended their line of Essensia refrigerated dips with Roasted Green Chile and Cucumber Dill.The Roasted Green Chile variety really caught my eye. I absolutely love green chiles, and for me, anything with roasted green chiles is a lot better with than without.
This particular chip dip is made with chunks of roasted Anaheim and poblano chilies, cream cheese, sour cream and fresh cilantro and onion.

Maybe the onions et al were fresh when they were added to the mix, but they certainly aren't anymore.
