These should be making its way into stores already, with a suggested retail price of 99 cents.
Last December, we blogged that Spitz introduced dill pickle flavor of sunflower seeds in Canada.

These seeds are great! I stumbled on them at the store and wound up going back and buying all they had. I hope they get some more in soon.
David's dill seeds are by far the best seeds I have ever had! sure.. spitz has some dill ones too, but there is no comparison in flavor.
yum! thanks david
I have been eating Spitz dill pickle since they came out and it is a shame that Frito Lays (David's parent company) made all the stores here in New Mexco take them off the shelf. I bought David dill pickle seeds today to give them a try and dumped them out the window after eating a mouthful. They are the worst seads I have ever tried, too salty and the dill pickle taste is only that, it does not complement the seeds but argue with them. David, go back to the seeds you know and do so well and leave the dill pickle to Spitz, P.S. quit using you competive (monopolitive) muscle to keep Spitz out of the picture.
These are good seeds! The crazy thing is they are NATURALLY flavored. Which makes me wonder.. hehe
These seeds SUCK! too much yucky powder and salt. thin seeds.
Spitz, however, are FAT and meaty. the best pickle flavor without all the powder.
This has to be the worst flavor of sunflower seeds I have ever had! I will not eat them ever again... Can I have my money back? :(
I have been a sunflower seeder for years and recently traveled to N. Dakota and stumbled on Giants(R) Jumbo Dill seeds. Funny, I am not a dill pickle fan but these seeds are truly addictive. I returned to NY and immediatyely ordered a case and will order another today. I tried Davids and couldnt find the dill. GIANTS have a nice spicy coating and a really great dill flavor. I will try SPITZ just to make sure I have the best but presently, GIANTS Jumbos have everyone beat, hands down.
MAn those SUCK.... try Spitz
The dill pickle are my favorite!! All of a sudden, the store I normally bought them from has stopped stocking them. Here I am on line trying to find them.
I want some!! but no where i go has em!
Walmart didn't have them, and I'm not sure about convenient stores yet. When you pull them up on-line it seems like they want you to order them from Amazon.
Spitz may have had them first, bay Davids perfected the formula. Spitz lost all the dill flavor after about 30 seconds when I had them.
Spitz used to be the best seeds on the planet but now they are in the toilet. Gone are those big consistent seeds. Now they are rediculously small. What the heck, Spitz!!!!
