Mike Ditka's Bear Cheese

Famed Chicago Bears player and coach Mike Ditka has a line of foods marketed under the name "Ditka's Real Foods". The company recently launched a line of cheese
spreads under the name "Bear Cheese".

Varieties include Bacon Cheddar Horseradish and Fire Roasted Chipotle Pepper. Both carry the "Real" dairy symbol, and are distributed to grocers throughout Chicago.

Dikta's Real Foods is an extension of Mike's steakhouse, Mike Ditka'a Chicago.
