A new variety of ginger candy is available in the USA from Royal Pacific Foods, under the brand name "The Ginger People".It's an "Organic Crystallized Ginger" made with yellow ginger and sweetened with pure cane sugar. It's packaged in a 4 oz. (112g) box with a suggested retail price of $2.99.
The company claims that it has stomach-soothing properties and refreshes and energizes the palate.
