Since the new Taco Bell Doritos Locos taco came out, I have had it a few times. But I am sure there are others like me who don't always like hard shell tacos. They fall apart and poke my mouth, so I prefer soft tacos. But I thought "How can I get the joy of the Doritos Locos taco but still make it easy for me to eat?"

Easy. Add Doritos to a soft taco. Seems so simple but then again, will it work or will it taste good? And I had never met anyone who had tried it before.

So yesterday, when I went to Taco Bell I asked for a bag of chips to go with my soft taco. I took four Doritos and crunched then into smaller pieces and put them on my taco and covered that with a few mild sauce packets.

It was amazing. I would venture to say I enjoyed that even more than the taco they came up with at Taco Bell. It was easy to hold and tasted so good! The only thing you have to worry about in the chips poking through the tortilla but other than that, it was a perfect taco.
