It takes its cue from the popularity of text messaging. The wrapper on each Tex't bar has a blank area on which you can write a text message. The package reads, "Text it here using ball point."
The bar itself is made up of stacks of crispy wafer covered in chocolate, which is nothing out of the ordinary. It's probably a cute way to send a note to someone you're admiring.
