New from Au'Some Candies of Monmouth Junction, NJ are these "Fr-ooze Pops". It's a lollipop combined with a sour puckery liquid. The handle contains the liquid, while the top is the lolly.
According to the company, once you dissolve the lollipop it reveals a pop-top that you pull up. Then you squeeze the bottom and the liquid oozes out.
