New from Spring Foods Inc. comes Mega Thumbprint Cookies, made with agave nectar.Sold under the Spring Bakehouse brand, they're made with organic agave nectar, oats, and whole grain spelt flour. They also contain 1,500mg of omega-3's per serving. Apparently, agave nectar is used as a substitute for honey because it has a lower glycemic index, providing sweet taste while reducing diabetic seizures.
The cookies come individually wrapped, and are packaged in an 8-count, 7 oz. (198g) box.
