North Downs Dairy Company of Kent, England is now shipping this new product to the USA.Pilgrims Choice "Wensleydale Cheese with Tiptree Marmalade" is co-branded product described by the company as two ancient traditions blended together form an exquisite dessert cheese.
The dairy company blends in Wilkin & Son's famous Tiptree marmalade when making their Wensleydale cheese to give it a unique flavor. They recommend it with biscuits, or a glass of champagne.
North Downs also offers Wensleydale cheeses with apricots, cranberries, and blueberries. They also have a cheddar with English Ale and Mustard, and a cheddar with Elderberry Wine.
