These are novelty items that combine a small amount of flavored liqueur. I personally like the "Drinking Lizense". It unfolds to reveal a comical identification card authorizing you to take a drink.

The liqueur varies from product to product, but the one above is a blend of vodka-lemon-liqueur and vanilla-cream-liqueur.
