Celestial Seasonings developed a "Kids' Holiday Tea" this year in two flavors, Rudolph's Rockin Raspberry and Santa's Candy Apple. I thought that this was interesting because it is a caffeine-free flavored tea intended for children. Growing up in California where we don't have extreme weather, it is hard to picture children drinking hot tea (and liking it no less). I suppose that some kids may have grown up drinking herbal teas and these fun varieties are exciting for them.
