Quick'n Easy Ready-To-Bake Batter is a new offering from Sara Lee Bakery Group.Unlike other ready-to-bake batter kits, this one is refrigerated, and is sold in the refrigerated section of grocery stores. Refrigerated cake batter, I'm told, has been making its rounds in Europe, and is just starting to invade the USA.
Sara Lee's entry comes in Chocolate and Yellow varieties, and makes 12 cupcakes or 1 layer cake.
