Eagle has added a Toffee Dream Bar to its line of Premium Dessert KitsDescribed as a "scrumptious combination of crunchy toffee, rich chocolate, and flaky shortbread", it's formulated with the Eagle Brand of Sweetened Condensed Milk that made the company famous for decades. Only butter is needed to complete the Kit according to the package text.

This kit is very convenient and priced well. The bars are definitely 5-stars. Many of the people I shared the bars with have requested the recipe!!!
