Baked Pork Rinds

Pork rinds, which we often refer to as "chicharrones" here in So Cal, have now entered the realm of "Good For You", now that Evans Food Groups, the maker of "Mac's" brand of pork skins, launched their baked variety of pig dermis.

The company claims that you can now enjoy the great taste of pork skins, while taking in just half the fat, and not to forget, zero carbs.
