  1. I've had these and they're great. I'm in Central Texas and have only found them at one convenience store, but I'm still looking. With just the one bag I had, I've become addicted!

  2. Does anybody know where I can purchase Sweet & Salty Caramel Bugles???

I was driving cross country and pulled over to a Service Plaza where a convenient store had them. They are ABSOLUTELY delicious!! BUT, I can't find them at any grocery store where I live.

    Can somebody help me out?

  4. I picked these up by chance at a HomeDepot convenience store, and now I'm hooked. Man, these things are great. Too bad they're only available in the 3.5 oz. bag. I need more..............

Haven't found them anywhere else. What gives??? Check 'em out - you won't be sorry.

  6. Just happened to run into these on a business trip to Nebraska, apparently they are not available nationwide. They are delicious. A great blending of salt and sweet. You must be the type of person who truly enjoys a good blending of flavors. Highly recommended, if you can find them.

  7. They are so good. I had them at a store in Florida. However, I have been unable to find them anywhere in Pennsylvania where I live now.

  13. Okay, I have to give my kudos on these, too. They are the BEST!!! I found them at a Super America/Speedway gas station in central Kentucky while travelling on vacation. I'm now back home and have tried four grocery stores to no avail. I think I'm going to go hit the convenience stores next! Also am going to try the General Mills website for more info.

  15. I found the Bugles in Casey's Convenience Store in Kansas. In fact I bought all they had on the shelf since they are hard to find.

  16. I tried my first bag while at Hollywood Video (Houston, TX) renting movies, and since then I've been thinking about them ever since. I even dragged my wife to Wal-Mart and Walgreens looking for them, but no luck, so I headed back to the video store to pick up two bags, and by reading these posts, I'll be going back for more soon. I'll post again if I find more locations that carries them :)

    ReplyDelete
  17. My sister has these on her Christmas list. She has a note that the only place she can find them here is Hollywood Video. I thought it would be easier to find, but now after reading all these posts, I guess I'll be going to Hollywood Video and stocking up! And I'll definitely have to try them for myself! I'll also post if I find them anywhere else - our city is loaded with convenience stores and gas stations!

    ReplyDelete
  18. These are only available in convenience stores (and Hollywood Video, I guess), and are not sold in grocery stores. You won't be able to find them at a grocery store, but they should be available in most convenience stores. If they don't have them in your favorite convenience store, ask the owner to order them. They're available through all the major convenience store distributors.

***The Caramel Bugles are only available at Club Stores and vending machines right now. Please check your local Costco, Sam's Club, or BJ's warehouse. If you cannot locate it at either of these stores, we suggest speaking with a store manager for further assistance. ***
In the Twin Cities area, I have personally checked 3 Sam's and 1 Costco to NO avail! Just emailed General Mills again...

I live in Southern California and can't find them anywhere. I had my first bag at an airport in Michigan. I ate the whole bag in 5minutes. As soon as I got off the plane I was looking for them everywhere at LAX. None to be found. I found them again at a Hollywood Video and grabbed all 8 bags they had. If anyone knows of a place in Southern California that has them let me know.

  71. Hey! Did you know you can make caramel bugles? There is a recipe for caramel corn puffs and all you have to do is swap out corn puffs for bugles. If you do a search on caramel corn puffs, you will find several variations. This is the one I like best.

    Recipe: Caramel Corn Puffs

    CARAMEL CORN PUFFS

    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 bag corn puffs (or bugles)

Put corn puffs in turkey roaster and preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Put butter, brown sugar and syrup in medium saucepan and melt. Bring to a full boil. Turn heat down and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add baking soda and stir until foamy.

Pour mixture over Old Dutch Corn Puffs and stir to coat thoroughly. Put in oven for 1 hour, uncovered. Stir every 15 minutes.

Pour onto waxed paper and spread out. Let cool. Break up chunks and store in large
    ziplock bags.

  72. put them on vanilla ice cream. you will not regret it.

  73. These are so mmmmm good! I also wish they sold them in big bags but maybe that's better they don't, lol In Wisconsin they sell these bags only at the kwik trip stores so try looking there in your states. Good luck my fellow Sweet & Salty Caramel Bugle Buddies! LOL

  74. I'm surprised that so many people, like myself, are addicted to caramel bugels. Anytime I find them at a convenient store I buy all they have. I haven't been able to find any the past couple of days. Today I went to 4 different convenient stores and only found one bag. I'm going to try ordering online. I did ask a store manager to increase the amount of these they order. They get them in once a week and they sell out the day they get them. I'm not the only one in this town crazy about them! Let's hope they start making big bags and sell them in the supermarket.

    ReplyDelete
  75. I love these things!!! I am addicted! Like many of you on here, I found my first bag at a gas station store while driving from NJ to FL, although I forgot where that store was lol. Anyway, I found them in a 7-11 in FL and when I got back home to NJ, found them in a 7-11 here. I bought 4 bags! I am going back to that 7-11 and buying the rest of their supply!!! Now every convenience store/gas station/7-11 I pass I will be going in to find them!!!

    ReplyDelete
  76. These great snacks are now available for a much lower price than you pay at the truck stops. They come in cartons of 60 - 1.4 oz. bags for only $1.00 per bag. That is about half what you pay at the truck stops and convenience stores. Order them at http://www.getsomehealth.com/shop

    ReplyDelete
  77. I just checked the getsomehealth website and found the prices for the caramel bugles have been reduced to $40 per carton. That is a great price compared to the $1.99 per bag price I paid at q convenience storee that ast time I found some. Even with shipping cost, the price is way lower per bag.
